Expert led Pre-mentoring Workshops
All Baak mentors and mentees go through a number of workshops that help them prepare for this unique journey.
One-on-one ‘Wholesome’ Mentoring
Mentees are coached to identify a goal and find a mentor who advises them one on one for 12 weeks, online.
